Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of KotiOne. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

KotiOne is an AI-assisted product discovery tool. It helps you think through product and feature ideas in conversation with an AI, tracking evidence and assumptions as you go, and surfacing a readiness assessment and recommendation. It does not replace your own judgment, and its output is not professional business, legal, or financial advice.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide a real, working email address.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app — this permanently removes your data and can't be undone.

Your content

You retain ownership of whatever you submit to KotiOne — your ideas, messages, and uploaded documents. By using the service, you grant us the limited right to process that content (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to provide the service back to you. We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and only as needed to run the product.

Acceptable use

Don't use KotiOne to submit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or use it in a way that could harm other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Plans and billing

KotiOne currently offers a free tier. Paid plans are not yet available — nothing you do in the app today will result in a charge. When paid plans do launch, these terms will be updated accordingly, and you'll be asked to agree to the updated terms before any payment is taken.

No warranty

KotiOne is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its AI-generated output will be correct or complete. Decisions you make based on it are your own.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KotiOne isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use KotiOne after a change means you accept the updated terms.
